Our service goes beyond simply assigning a VA to you. We provide ongoing client support and address concerns through our dedicated support team and/or your personal account manager. We ensure a prompt response to issues and resolve to your satisfaction.
Ideally, we strive for a setup time of one week as we often have virtual assistants ready for immediate assignment. The majority of this time is typically allocated to tasks such as system integration, facilitating introductions with your designated VA, and preparing for our collaborative business partnership. Unless the client requests additional requirements, which could extend the setup timeline.
No. We handle all payroll and HR responsibilities for your VA. You simply pay one invoice to PowerUP VA Services and we take care of the rest — so you can stay focused on running your business.

Rates, Payments & Contract

The VA Services pricing, like any other kind of service, varies based on several factors, but primarily the scope and type of tasks you'll require from your virtual assistant. The complexity of the tasks, level of experience or expertise required, and number of work hours are but a handful of the many things we consider when determining the cost of a service.
There are no hidden charges. You pay the agreed-upon rate for the package you choose. Whether you require your VA on a part-time or full-time basis, that's all there is to it. Any add-on services or subscriptions deemed necessary for the client's business operations are not included in the base service fee and will be subject to separate charges, as mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
We currently do not offer a trial period or a satisfaction guarantee, but we do offer the first week at no cost to you. This first week is dedicated to setting everything up, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and pairing you with your all-star Virtual Assistant. During this period, we also handle system integrations, overview training, and get everything aligned according to your needs — ensuring you are fully prepared before the official billing cycle begins.
If you have any concerns or need adjustments, feel free to reach out to us so we can address them promptly. Services may be terminated provided that a minimum of 14 days' prior notice is given.
